Povestea are la bază un mit egiptean despre iubirea dintre Geb, zeul Pământului şi Nut, zeiţa Cerului. Deşi iubirea lor nevinovată este intensă, ceva dincolo de puterea lor îi separă: un secret din palatul zeului.
