Jury Programme - Theodore Ushev

Wenesday, beginning with 16:30 at Patria Cinema, the audience will attend the screening of several works of animator Theodore Ushev, along with a presentation of his work.

Theodore Ushev first made a name for himself as a poster artist in Bulgaria, before settling in Montreal, in 1999. Since then he quickly acquired a reputation as a prolific animator through films such as “Tzartitza” (2006), “Drux Flux” (2008) and “Lipsett Diaries” (2010). His films won more than 80 awards and have been shown in many retrospectives, including the Shortfilm Festival in Clermont-Ferrand.
