Kieslers Body

Architectural theorist Frederick Kiesler designed a place of film projection that puts the screen in the center and makes us forget everything around it. With animated spatial models of the cinema Kiesler constructed for the Film Arts Guild, the film puts the idea of a boundless cinema space into the picture in a surrealistic, visceral and extremely direct way. Insects, Kiesler's later companions in his theory of organic architecture, conquer the cinema space.
