Kings of the Time

For 18:00, Union Cinema prepared the Kings of The Time for the audience, a documentary about Elbert Tuganov (85 years) and Heino Pars (80 years), two animators and artists who, despite the changing times, have become masters of their field work. It all started in the '50s, when the first space shuttle Sputnik was launched, when the first hydroelectric power stations were built and when, in the background of the Soviet Union, two Estonians started to play with dolls.
