Through an unreliable timeline of events, 'Araf Ddeffro' (Slowly Waking) is a film about loneliness and a dark take on the difficulty of maintaining friendships in an ever changing world. The story is told through the perspective of a hairless creature who reflects on how they have arrived at the point of complete isolation.
