Aneta Ozorek (NL) and Waltraud Grausgruber (AT) come in front of the Animest audience to present the festivals they represent: Kaboom Festival (Netherlands) and Tricky Women / Tricky Realities (Austria), but also their mission in the world of animated films.

Kaboom Festival is a progressive and inclusive festival in the Netherlands that lives and breathes animation and challenges us to get out of our comfort zone in order to make us think about larger issues at play in society.

Tricky Women / Tricky Realities is an Austrian festival focused on animated films made by women, being the world’s first and only festival of animated film dedicated specifically to animation by women.
