Day 5 at Anim’est

The Creepy Animation Night 2 press conference held Tuesday morning disclosed the programme of the most awaited animation event to the Bucharest journalists. Cristian Stanciu Matze and Andrei Fantana talked about the two music and live animation interventions, and Toma Peiu (PR Manager) and Mihai Mitrică (Festival Director) explained to those present the concept of „creepy” and the criteria behind the selection for the films waiting to be screened. On the fourth day, Phil Mulloy, the festival’s special guest, was the audiences’ perfect choice and he could be witnessed at the screening of his Intolerance trilogy at Patria Cinema, and during his masterclass at Union Cinema. Simone Massi and Erik van Shaaik were the two other members of the Feature and Short Film jury present at Union Cinema who the audience could listen as they expanded on their films. Picture gallery.
