ZOOM ON: Slovak animation. Bratislava Academy of Arts and Slovak Audiovisual Fund.

The Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava celebrated its 70th anniversary two years ago.

In the short presentation we will focus on the department of animation, which is the youngest field at the film faculty.

We will further talk about the student's work, creation and job opportunities after graduation.

The discussion will also focus on animation techniques and possibilities that we usually practice in our department. I will mention drawing, paper or puppet animation techniques. Each year our students graduate from different types of animation exercises.
