Last chance to enter your film into the 6th Anim'est IAFF!

The submission deadline for the 6th edition of the Anim'est International Animation Film Festival is extending! The DVD screeners and the filled-in entry forms may be sent to the Estenest Association until June 15th, 2011.

As usual, Anim'est features six competitions:

a) Short film – less than 50’: short animated films made after January 1^st 2009, which have not previously competed in any anim’est festival.

b) Feature film – more than 50’: animated feature films made after January 1^st 2009, which have not previously competed in any anim’est festival.

c) Music video and advertising: short animated films made after January 1^st 2009, primarily together with existing music covering minimally 80% of the footage or a short commercial film made upon a request to support the sale of a product or service or to promote a brand, program or event.

d) Student film: short animated films made by a student or a film school (graduation films or not) after January 1^st 2009, which has not previously competed in any anim’est festival.

e) Romanian short film: Romanian animated films completed after January 1^st 2009.

f) Balkanimation: short animated films completed after January 1^st 2009, from the Balkan countries (Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Albania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia - Herzegovina, Macedonia, Romania).
