A news crew is investigating a mysterious anomaly reported by residents of a small Latvian village, however, none of the interviewees give a straight answer to what this anomaly even is. It is up to the viewer to figure out what is hiding behind all the analogies, hints and sayings. One thing is clear – this anomaly seems to be the biggest issue Latvia is facing.
