Balkanimation – The round table

The round table from Friday, 2 p.m., at Union Cinema dedicated to Balkan animated film comes with a set of festival guests from the region – filmmakers, and representatives of festivals or production companies from the Balkan region. Serbian director Aleksa Gajic, filmmaker of the surprising Edit and I; Lily Kontodima, director of the Greek film Mr Tetelin, director of the film September, Stoyan Dukov, and director of Once upon a many time, Eva Cvijanovic – selected in the Balkanimation competition; Effie Pappa, director of the short film selected for the Student Film Competition, 1.2 Million Children, and also Veronica Solomon, director of the film representing Romania in the Balkanimation competition, will be debating the situation of the region’s animated film, together with Romanian festival guests and European experts. From 4 p.m., the meeting will be followed by a screening of films selected in the Balkanimation Competition.
