Kurt Turns Evil (dir. Rasmus A. Sivertsen), the Norwegian film in the Festival’s Feature Film Competition, presented by Groupama, will be screening at Patria Cinema, Wednesday, October 13th, from 9 p.m. Selected in the competitions of several important festivals, like the ones at Annecy or Stuttgard, the film hold irresistible humour in telling the touching story of Kurt, an clever guy, and one of best forklift drivers in the port. He is very good at doing his job, but not everybody appreciates him as they should. One day, he is told doctors are far more important than forklift drivers, which shreds his self-confidence and makes him wish he became someone big. As time passes, Kurt grows more and more bitter and, so, his drive holds the most unpredictable and absurd consequences to everyone around him.
