Mosaic super hit: King of Thorn

King of Thorn (dir. Kazuyoshi Katayama, Japan, 2009), part of the star-section Mosaic, the film closing the first Anim’est screening evening at Scala Cinema, from 9 pm, won numerous awards at the most important fantasy and animated film festivals, the likes of the Audience Award at the Fantasia Film Festival. Medusa is a deadly virus affecting the entire planet. Hoping that the future will bring a treatment, 160 people are taken into a capsule, in an old castle, where they are to be frozen.
