The Award Ceremony

The winners of the 5th Anim'est got their trophies on Saturday, October 16th, 2010, during the Award Ceremony which was honoured by the presence of the festival's special guests, friends and great audience. Alexander Bălănescu has offered an extraordinary show on the stage of the Patria Cinema, creating a unique live soundtrack for Phil Mulloy's shorts. The most important Romanian animation film festival has confirmed its status in 2010: 511 movies from 46 countries, over 120 Romanian and foreign guests, hundreds of screenings in the Patria, Scala and Union Theatres – these are the most important figures of this year's Anim'est.
