Kings of The Time - from 12:00 at Union Cinema

The representatives of the Se Ma For Studio have not managed to get to Bucharest. The studio’s presentation, scheduled on Friday at 12:00 at Union Cinema, was replaced by a projection in the Masters of Puppets section: the Estonian director Mait Laas presents Kings of The Time, a documentary about Elbert Tuganov (85 years) and Heino Pars (80 years), two animators and artists who, despite the changing times, have become masters of their field work. It all started in the '50s, when the first space shuttle Sputnik was launched, when the first hydroelectric power stations were built and when, in the background of the Soviet Union, two Estonians started playing with dolls.
